ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking amendment of the case number as M.C.No.31 of 2020 instead of M.C.No.20 of 2020 wherever it occurs in the order dated 13.03.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.4798 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.67355 of 2024, which is pending disposal in the present criminal revision case.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 13.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4798 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.67355 of 2024, wherever required and issue a fresh order copy. 4.

It is also seen that the order dated 13.03.2025 is a conditional order requiring compliance within two weeks. Therefore, this Court grants a further period of two weeks from today for compliance of the said condition. 31.07.2025 klt Note: Issue order copy on 11.08.2025.
