This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.OP.No.16560 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they fear there might be a threat to their lives, and they have been receiving threat calls repeatedly. Due to this, the petitioners are unable to comply with the condition in para No.6(b), which requires them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the submission on both sides, nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.16560 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 04.08.2025 nvi 2/4
