Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint the Public Prosecutor to conduct S.C.No.115 of 2017 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem in the place of 5th respondent based on my representation dated 16.08.2019 forthwith and to proceed the trial.

ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2019, wherein it is sought for appointment of Public Prosecutor to conduct sessions case in S.C.No.115 of 2017 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem.

2.In view of the limited prayer sought for, without going into merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2019 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
