2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submits that the respondent has completed the investigation and filed final report but it was returned with certain defects. Hence, the defects were rectified and represented on 16.10.2024 before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi through e-filing No.LTN20220002715C202400020.

3. In view of the fact that, investigation is completed and final report filed, nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
