O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to serve the minutes of the enquiry proceedings held on 21.02.2019, 21.03.2019 and 26.06.2019 into the surcharge show cause notice Na.Ka.3697/2004 Sa Pa, dated 30.04.2005 as demanded by the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019 immediately to enable the petitioner to prefer the statutory appeal against the final surcharge decree passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.3697/2004 dated 26.06.2019. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reports that pursuant to the notice, the respondent herein has furnished the documents sought for by the petitioner herein and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
