This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed as "the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.158 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in Crl.M.P.No.10302 of 2024 dated 22.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him by order dated 22.07.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is directed to comply the order dated 22.07.2024 within a period of three weeks from today.
