ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) & 307 of IPC in Crime No.1306 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity th petitioner along with the other accused have allegedly assaulted the victim by name Anandh with knife and iron rod. Specific over tack is that A2 in this case has attacked with knife, A3 has attacked with iron rod and this petitioner has caught hold the right hand of the victim. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that totally 7 accused, due to previous enmity the petitioner with the accused assaulted the victim. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the victim was sustained grave injury, the gang of persons were involved for the alleged occurrence, victim was near about 45 stitches in his stomach, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
