C.M.P.No.18836 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.111199 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and M.JOTHIRAMAN, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 22.08.2023 in W.P.No.19706 of 2010.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
