The plaintiff appears to have some issues with both the candidature and the election of the 2nd and 11th defendants in an election, which had been conducted and recognized by a circular dated 03.10.2021. The other defendants are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. In view of that particular fact, Clause 12 of the Letters Patent is pressed into service seeking leave to sue.

2.In the affidavit, it had been stated that there is also another civil suit pending in jurisdiction of this Court and also an original suit in Chennai. It would only be appropriate that the issues relating to the parties are decided in one forum, to avoid inconsistency in orders to be passed. 3.Viewed from that particular angle, leave is granted and this application is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the plaint, if it is otherwise in order.
