ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/ complainant, to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent herein by this Court, vide order dated 15.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.9256 of 2025. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the petitioner/ complainant submitted that the second respondent herein/ A2 is an habitual offender and has six previous cases; that he also violated the condition of appearing before the respondent police as imposed on him by this Court, vide order dated 15.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.9256 of 2025, hence sought for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent herein. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the petitioner had complied with the conditions imposed on them by this Court and subsequently, the condition imposed on them to appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders has been relaxed by this Court, vide order dated 31.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.14347 of 2025, hence prays to dismiss this petition.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature of offence 2/4

and taking note of the fact that the condition to appear before the respondent police imposed on the respondents herein were already relaxed by this Court, this Court is of the view that the cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents herein at this stage is not necessary. 5.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 17.11.2025 stn To
