2. This application is filed to extend the time to execute the bond before this court as per the order dated 28.04.2023 by the applicant in the above suit.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to allow this application.

5. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

6. Accordingly, the time to execute the bond in TOS.No.78 of 2013 is extended till 09.10.2023.
