ORDER

The petitioner is a Fishing Co-Operative Society and seeks to lease the fishing rights in Devasamudhiram lake, Krishnagiri District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that vide his representation dated 02.08.2023, recommendations have been made to that effect by the first respondent. He further submitted that on the expiry of the term of lease, the Government has resumed the property.

3.Mrs.N.Senthamil Selvi, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2.

4.The petitioner only seeks consideration of its request for the grant of license. Therefore, the respondents are now directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.332 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
