ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's son Malick Basha, aged 24 years or his body/corpus before the Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner, the father of the detenu.

2. The petitioner is the father of the detenu, who is aged about 24 years. He is said to have eloped with the girl aged about 20 years.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that it is the case, where man missing (detenu) and woman missing(Anbarasi) complaints have been received and the same have been registered in Crime Nos.274/2019 and 267/2019 respectively. He further submits that both of them are majors.

4. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the detenu is set at liberty and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
