With consent of the parties, this Court is inclined to take up the main writ petition itself for hearing on merits.

2. In view of the same, the delay of 4793 days in filing the restoration petition is condoned. Consequently, for the same reasons, the restoration petition is ordered and the writ petition is restored to the file of this Court.
