O R D E R

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned State counsel submits that the order dated 19.12.2022 passed in W.P.No.4996 of 2008 has been complied with. Pursuant to the said order, which is the subject matter of the contempt petition, the services of the petitioner have been regularised and a proposal dated 04.02.2026 has been forwarded to the Accounts Department for the disbursement of the amounts due to the petitioner.

In the light of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed preserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition in the event the amount due is not disbursed.
