ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to consider his representation dated 14.02.2016 for providing police protection stating that since he has given a complaint against one Karthika daughter of one Somasundaram which was assigned CSR No.106 of 2016, but the respondent did not take any action. Hence, he preferred Crl.O.P.No.3253 of 2016. Hence, the relatives of the said Karthika made a threat to withdraw the case and made a life threat. Hence, the petitioner has made a petition for police protection before the respondent police on 14.02.2016, but no action. Hence this petition. 2.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition is under process. 3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.02.2016 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
