O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to effect registration of his application for the sanction of additional load of 25 H.P. to Service Connection at No.127, Ramapuram Village, Madurantakam Taluk. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Electricity Board would submit that the petitioner died on 02.01.2014. Thereafter, the son of the petitioner approached the Electricity Board for registration of the application for the sanction of additional load of 25 H.P. to Service Connection at No.127, Ramapuram Village, Madurantakam Taluk and the same has been effected. In this regard, the learned Counsel has also produced the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 07.08.2017.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
