When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an impleading petition in W.P.No.9345 of 2021, which is pending before this Court. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the Page No.2 of 4
liberty as sought for. However, the present impugned order is subject to the result of the writ petition in W.P.No.9345 of 2021. No costs.
