This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Puducherry to dispose of the C.C.No.35 of 2011 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Puducherry in a speedy manner.

2. The Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has ended in acquittal by judgment dated 09.12.2020 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Puducherry. Hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
