When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that no case is pending as against the petitioner as of today. Based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, an enquiry is pending. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry as early as possible.

2. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
