The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the they challenged the impugned fee fixation. However, on 12.09.2023, the final fee was determined by the Committee. Therefore, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
