2.We have already granted leave only on this ground. Therefore, we are not inclined to give any extension insofar as attending betrothal is concerned. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate petition on behalf of the convict seeking leave for the ensuing marriage. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
