When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions imposed as against him regularly and the investigation is also pending.

Considering the representations made on both sides and considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly, this Court decline to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
