ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to extend the time of order granted in Crl.MP.No.11108 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.782 of 2025 on 23.06.2025.

It is seen that this Court, while suspending the sentence imposed on the second petitioner by an order dated 23.06.2025 in Crl.MP.No.11108 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.782 of 2025, imposed one of the conditions as follows:

"the second petitioner shall deposit the entire cheque amount i.e. Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs only), after deducting the amount which was already deposited by the second petitioner, if any, to the credit of STC.No.14 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam, within a period of four weeks from today. Failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled." 2/4

However, the petitioners could not comply with the said condition within the time frame fixed by this Court. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this miscellaneous petition seeking extension of time to comply with the said condition.

In view of the above submission, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the time granted to comply with the aforesaid condition is extended till 18.08.2025, failing which the order passed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.11108 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.782 of 2025 shall automatically stand cancelled.
