ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 26.07.2016 made in W.P.No.33465 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, an affidavit has been filed, in which, it has been stated in para 6 as follows:

"6.I submit that after getting certified copy of the order from the Registry, my predecessors have taken steps to regulate the traffic in the concerned area and instructed the officers to post additional police personnel at the junction and the police personnel are regularly deployed for regulating traffic and I am herewith enclosing the extract of the duty roster of the same. The photographs of the spot are also enclosed for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court."

3.We are satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
