This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the above application to set aside the order dated 01.07.2024 passed in C.R.P.No.3362 of 2022.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection for ordering this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay in filing the petition is condoned and this petition is ordered as prayed for.
