This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Cr.No.632 of 2016 from the file of the third respondent to some other Investigation Agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already they have completed investigation and filed a final report on 02.06.2020 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. Therefore, the transfer of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation does not arise. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
