C.C.No.42 of 2019. He further submitted that the trial has been commenced, P.W.1 has also been cross examined and further posted for further evidence.

4.In view of the above submission that the trial has already been commenced, the petition to quash the proceedings cannot be entertained. However, the trial Court viz., the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madathukulam, is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
