1. Pursuant to the demise of the sole Appellant, the above appeal was dismissed as abated, by order dated, 05.02.2019.

2. The above CMP.Nos.3995, 3998, 4000, 3858 and 3984 of 2022 are filed by the legal heirs of the deceased sole Appellant, to bring the Petitioners on records as the Appellants 2 to 6, as the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant, in the above appeal and to permit them to prosecute the appeal and to set aside the order of abatement dated 12.07.2018 and to restore the above appeal and to condone the delay of 1292 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement and to implead and to restore the appeal by condoning the delay of 1054 days, respectively.

3. It is admitted that the 6th Respondent in CMP.Nos.3995, 3998, 4000, 3858 and 3984 of 2022, died recently. Hence, the above CMP.Nos.18620, 18621, 18622, 18623 and 18624 of 2022 are filed to bring on record the proposed Respondents 9 to 11 as the legal representatives of the deceased 6th Respondent in all the applications.

4. The CMP.Nos.18620, 18621, 18622, 18623 and 18624 of 2022 are ordered. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title accordingly in CMP.Nos.3995, 3998, 4000, 3858 and 3984 of 2022 and post the matter next week, along with other applications.
