O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.01.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.30 of 2016 before the respondent. On the basis of the complaint given by one Murugan, petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.29 of 2016. It is a case in counter.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the complaints expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
