ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction, directing the respondent herein to file the final report in Crime No.99 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has lodged a complaint in Crime No.99 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b) 323, 379, 448, and 506 (i) of IPC. Thereafter, there is no progress in the investigation. 4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, F.I.R. in Crime No.99 of 2019 came to be registered and the investigation in this case has also been completed and on 08.03.2019, a final report / charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Aarakkonam but the case is yet to be taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He would further submit that there is no delay on the part of the respondent Police.

5.In view of the above, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arakkonam to take the charge sheet filed by the respondent police on 08.03.2019 on file forthwith, if it is otherwise in order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
