ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass final order on the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 31.10.2020 seeking for enhancement of compensation for the lands acquired in Survey Nos.153/1 and 153/1B situated at Vembukudi Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District and to pay enhanced compensation.

2. Heard, Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to pass final order on the Appeal filed by the petitioner dated 31.10.2020 seeking for enhancement of compensation for the lands acquired in Survey Nos.153/1 and 153/1B situated at Vembukudi Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
