Only on the apprehension that the petitioner's daughters may not be accepted by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur, as sureties, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 2.The order passed by the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.1445 of 2018 dated 12.11.2018 is in favour of the petitioner, wherein only two sureties have been directed to be produced. It is only an apprehension that the concerned Court may not accept the petitioner's daughters as sureties. When the bail order does not impose any restriction for the petitioner's daughters to act as sureties, no clarification is required in the said order.
