Respondents Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the ex-parte Order dated 22-02-2021 passed in the Application bearing A.No.354 of 2021 in the present Suit and afford an opportunity to the Applicants herein to defend the said Application on merits. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed by the applicants/ defendants 1 to 6 to set aside the ex-parte order dated 22.02.2021 passed in A.No.354 of
2021 in the present suit, along with the written statement.
2. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit for the reliefs sought for in this application are satisfied and also considering the fact that the respondents have not raised any objections, this application is allowed and the ex-parte order passed by this Court 22.02.2021 is set aside.
3. Since, issues were already framed on 05.04.2022, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Master for recording evidence and list the matter before this Court after recording evidence.
4. The Master is directed to submit the report along with the depositions and documents marked, if any.
