Alleging that the order dated 12.04.2019, made in W.P.No.255 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

Contempt Petition No.1577 of 2019 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with and produced copies of the proceedings dated 06.05.2019, 13.05.2019 and 30.09.2019, sanctioning the retiral benefits to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
