Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, by directing the respondents to grant parole for the petitioner's husband named M.Senthil Son of Muthusami (Convict No.7384), who is now under incarceration at Central Prison, Coimbatore, for a period of 30 days leave without escorting to attend the petitioner daughter's baby shower function and to sell his father's property based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024.
