On instructions, Mr.Prakash, Senior Advocate, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S. Vijay Kumar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents/University, have agreed to the following terms in lieu of the impugned order under which, the petitioner was directed to go for duty to Theni twice a week. The petitioner is now permitted to go for duty at Theni once a month instead of twice a week.

2. In the above term, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
