Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent Board dated 'nil' published on the official website of the respondent Board whereby the petitioner has been considered as O.C. Community and declared as not selected and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner as Scheduled Caste Woman candidate and accordingly select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Lecturer (Mechanical Engineering) under the notification issued by the respondent Board in Notification No.6 of 2017 dated 28.07.2017.
