Crl.M.P.No.15370 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15370 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21228 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners on their release from the prison shall stay at Erode and report before the Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police Station everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21228 of 2022 by order dated 05.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21228 of 2022 by an order dated 05.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
