O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give police protection to the petitioner to enter his premises.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection for entering his premises in a peaceful and profitable manner. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
