The review application has been filed to review the order dated 16.09.2019 passed in W.P.No.10445 of 2017.
2. The writ petition was allowed in view of the orders of the Division Bench of this Court and that being so, the review application filed to reopen the arguments on merits, deserves no further consideration.
3. The scope of Order XLVII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code, 1908, cannot be expanded for re-adjudication of the issues on merits. The grounds for appeal may not be a ground to review the order passed by the Court.
4. The applicants have not established any error apparent on record warranting interference by exercising the review petition. Thus, the review application stands dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
