ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. As she was found to be missing, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed pursuant to the complaint given and registered in Crime No. 362 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue is in the habit of leaving the matrimonial home voluntarily. She used to return back after few months. Therefore, prima facie, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a case of the detenue leaving the house due to the matrimonial discord between her and the petitioner.

3. In view of the above said submission, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. As and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
