Decree:

This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day. Upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the lower Court and material papers in this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Veeramani, counsel for the appellants and Mr.Ravikumar Paul, Senior Advocate, for M/s.Paul and Paul, for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, Mr.D. Harish, Government Advocate(CS) for Respondent No.3, this Court, while allowing the Second Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:

1.that the judgment and decree passed by the Sub Court, Tiruppattur dated 07.09.2016 made in AS.No.9/2015 be and hereby is set aside;

2.that the judgment and decree passed by the Principal District Munsif Court dated 15.10.2014 made in O.S.No.411/2011, be and hereby is confirmed; https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. that there be no costs in the above Second Appeal.
