This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14392 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 that the Petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before K-4, Anna Nagar Police Station everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14392 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before K-4, Anna Nagar Police Station on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
