This application has been filed to appoint a receiver, namely, Mr.Jayaprakkash SV, of the applicant to seize and deliver the vehicle TOYOTA INNOVA 2.5 G4 8 STR DIESEL 2010 bearing Registration No.TN02AP7375, Chassis No.MBJ11JV4007244133, Engine No.2KD6656025 available at the respondent's premises or wherever found and permit the receiver, namely, Mr.Jayaprakkash SV, of the applicant to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.
2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that already the award has been passed in its favour. Despite name of the respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the applicant to enforce the award as per law and hence, this application stands closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
