ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The writ petition has been filed as a public interest litigation seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.7.2021 for not converting the land in question into house sites, which was specifically allotted for common usage to an extent of 47 cents in Survey No.304/1B of Thuthipattu Village, Ambur Taluk,

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as such, there is no proposal either to convert the land in question into house sites or to use the land, which has been kept for common purpose.

4. The said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader further submits that the writ petition has been filed based on self-imagination and presumptions. She further seeks to dismiss the writ petition.

6. We have carefully considered the submissions made by the parties. We find that the writ petition has been filed apprehending conversion of the land in question into house sites.

7. Since the learned Special Government Pleader submits that as on date, there is no proposal to convert the land in question into house sites, we do not find any reason to pass an order in that regard, as nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
