A.Nos.4402 & 4403 of 2024 in C.S. No.233 of 2009 and A. No.2346 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI, J., A.No.4402 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to amend the suit 'C' schedule in final decree Application No.2346 of 2024 in C.S. No.233 of 2009 and A. No.4403 of 2024 has been filed by the applicant to amend the suit 'C' schedule in plaint, in the preliminary decree dated 23.03.2023.

2. Heard Mr.G.Jermiah, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms.K.Suvedha for Mr.M.Vijayanand, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for the amendment Applications being ordered, since the dispute amongst the parties have already been settled by way of compromise reached before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court on 21.08.2024.

4. In view of the above, these Applications are ordered as prayed for and the learned counsel for the Applicant/plaintiff shall file a clean copy within a period of one week from today.
