2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned II Additional Special Judge, Special Court under EC and NDPS Act to expedite the hearing in Crl.M.P.No.3238 of 2023 and complete the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
