ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2024 and to distribution of free laptos for the academic year 2017-2018 who were studied in Government Higher Secondary Schools at Ponneri Educational District in accordance with law within a time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Special Government Pleader has submitted that the petitioner has not made any representation before the respondents. Without submitting the representation, the petitioner has straight away approached this Court, which is not sustainable.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may permit the petitioner to send a representation to the respondents and thereafter, this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider 2/4
and pass orders.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to make a representation along with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of which, this court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
