ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16517 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 27.06.2024, an interim stay was granted by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.3066 of 2024 and C.M.P.No.23159 of 2024, dated 21.10.2024 and a copy of the order has been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
